Project Objectives

The objective was to conceptualize and develop an MVP for a mini ERP solution as a web and mobile application to manage the lifecycle of commercial tires.
Outcome
The result was a mobile and web-based application named "iTRAMS" with limited features, which was tested by the internal team in the field.

My role was as Project Manager.

Collaborated with the project sponsor to establish the roadmap, goals, vision, and mission.

Coordinated with the product owner to gather requirements, and write epics, features, and user stories.

Defined the project scope and out-of-scope activities.

Identified stakeholders, including customers for the internal testing program.

Formed a team of 5 members and adopted the Scrum methodology.

Developed the project budget and schedule plan, which was approved by the sponsor.

Acted as Scrum Master, coaching the team on Scrum principles and benefits.

Created a quality management plan to ensure standards were met during execution.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, creating a risk management plan and risk register.

Established stakeholder communication and engagement plans.

Assigned resources and developed a resource management plan.

Implemented a 2-week sprint cycle, conducting daily stand-ups to maintain Scrum adherence.
